
My husband LOVES halibut, probably his favorite food. I tried many times to prepare it to his liking (and the rest of the families) and had little success until I found this recipe. He likes it and the kids like it so it is a keeper!
Need:
Enough Halibut (or any white fish) Fillets for your fam
1 tbs. olive oil
6 tbs. parmesean cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbs milk
1 large egg

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- Coat dish with oil.
- Rinse and Dry Fish.
- Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Beat eggs and milk in a separate dish.
- Dip fish first in egg/milk mixture then coat with cheese mixture.
- Bake on 500 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish is soft and flaky.
- Sprinkle with juice from lemons before serving.
